Lecturer I Professorship – Technology Management & Digital Transformation

Your duties
- Teaching, research, supervision and examination activities in German and English in the fields of Technology Management, Digital Business Development and Digital Transformation
- Development and expansion of our study programs (in German and English)
- Supervision of academic papers, theses and student projects
- Research and publication activities
- Participation in quality assurance and university processes
- Involvement in internationalisation activities and expansion of our cooperation network
Your profile
- Doctoral degree (PhD) or a similar academic qualification
- Specialized teaching, research, and professional experience
- Strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Management
- International orientation with strong didactic and communication skills
- High affinity for new media and an interest in developing innovative learning methods
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for teaching and enjoyment in working with students

- Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a total annual gross salary for the position of a lecturer of at least € 58,800, for the position of a senior lecturer at least € 70,000.
- The awarding of a professorship is independent of the conclusion of a contract of employment and is subject to an expert procedure. Corresponding evidence in the fields of teaching, research and practice is also required.
