Head of Bachelor's Program I Professorship - Business Administration Online
Department Business Administration Online
Your duties
- Management and coordination of the online Bachelor's degree programs in Business Administration, offered in both English and German
- Active participation in the design and strategic development of the degree programs in strong cooperation with the Head of Department & Studies
- Implementation of practice-oriented courses in German and English
- Supervision of students in the context of scientific work, theses and practical projects
- Maintenance and expansion of our cooperation network with industry partners
- Research and publication activities
- Acquisition and coordination of research and practical projects
Your profile
- Relevant doctoral degree in business administration or equivalent academic qualification
- Significant teaching, professional and project experience
- Strong interest in innovative, digital and modern education, experience in blended learning is an advantage
- Strong didactic and communication skills
- Interest in developing new digital learning methods
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for interacting with students and enthusiasm for teaching
