Your duties
- Teaching, research, supervision and examination activities in German and English in the fields of Human Resources Management, Leadership, Organizational Development and Change Management
- Active participation in the further development and expansion of our study programs (in German and English)
- Supervision of academic papers, theses and student projects
- Research and publication activities
- Participation in quality assurance and university processes
- Involvement in internationalization activities and networking with industry practice
Your profile
- Doctoral degree (PhD) or equivalent academic qualification
- Specialized teaching, research, and professional experience
- International orientation with strong didactic and communication skills
- High affinity for new media and an interest in developing innovative learning methods
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for teaching and enjoyment in working with students

- Depending on qualification and experience, we offer a total annual gross salary for the position of a lecturer of at least € 58,800, for the position of a senior lecturer at least € 70,000 (full time)
- The award of a professorship is a process based on expert opinions that is distinct from the conclusion of a service contract. It presupposes due evidence of achievements in teaching, research and professional working
