(Senior) Lecturer - Software Engineering
Digital Business & Software Engineering
- Implementation and further development of practice-oriented courses (online and on campus) in German and English
- Supervision of scientific theses and student projects
- Independent research and publication activities as well as active acquisition and management of third-party funded research and practice projects
- Participation in the further development of the degree programmes in the field of Digital Business & Software Engineering
- Maintaining contacts with corporate practice and expanding our cooperation network
- Participation in university processes and involvement in knowledge and technology transfer
- Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent academic qualification in computer science, software engineering or business informatics
- Relevant teaching and research experience in academia
- Professional experience in IT and/or software development and enthusiasm of the practical implementation of technical solutions
- International orientation with excellent didactic and communication skills
- Affinity for online teaching and innovative forms of teaching and learning
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for engaging with students and enthusiasm for teaching

- Salary Package | annual gross salary of at least EUR 58.800 (Lecturer) or at least EUR 70.000 (Senior Lecturer), based on full-time employment and adjusted according to qualifications and experience
- Awarding of Professorship | independent of the conclusion of a contract of employment, linked to an expert procedure, subject o the provision of corresponding evidence in the areas of teaching, research and practice
